Amy Gamblin is a Certified Master Coach, ACC credentialed through the International Coach Federation, a Certified Coach Trainer and Certified Professional Resume Writer. She is the Owner of Solid Ground Career Coaching and specializes in career coaching, offering personal and professional development workshops to universities and career coaching services to students and professionals.
Amy’s mission is to empower, inspire and motivate others through strategic and focused collaboration. She believes in the spirit of “making a difference” individually and throughout communities while offering encouragement and fostering growth for personal and professional success.
Amy has over 10 years of business experience with a background in project management and training. Prior to starting her business, Amy worked as a project coordinator and developed core business strengths by implementing global training procedures, serving as lead coordinator on multi-million dollar projects, and developing best practices and standard operating procedures for international teams. At the beginning of her professional career, Amy worked as a government contract analyst specializing in research and intelligence reports for the state and federal government. She is experienced in strategic planning, research and analysis, and training and development.
Amy earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Kentucky and her Master of Arts degree in Diplomacy and International Relations from the Patterson School of Diplomacy at the University of Kentucky.
Amy is a member of the International Coach Federation, Professional Association of Resume Writers, and the National Career Development Association.
