My style of coaching is not simply about talking, it's about living. It's tying your verbal, spatial, and emotional threads together into one body so that your inner and outer selves mirror each other. I liken my mind to my house - it needs to be kept tidy, true to me, and sometimes it needs a makeover.
Your space lays the foundation of your state of mind. It needs to be reflective of your lifestyle, your personality, and your energy. If your space is cluttered, your mind can't breath. And without air you will shut down. Redesigning areas that you spend most of your time while rediscovering yourself will shift the energy, allowing it to flow more openly, and release you from stagnancy.
I help transitioning individuals transition to the next stage of their lives by coaching them, offering emotional support, and designing their environmental space and life. I work with clients going through various transitions, but most commonly divorce. My approach is to focus on the individual and their space as a whole entity rather than separate components. I do so by redesigning their lifestyle and helping design and set up their new home (or any other space) to be reflective of the person they envision themselves to be.
