I am an internationally known and trained HR executive, executive coach and business consultant with over 20 years of experience, including 5 years live and working overseas. I have built leadership and organizational capability in over 40 countries in the biotech, pharmaceuticals, health care, technology, internet, and service industries.

I coach and advise Vice Presidents and Director level executives to lead in more integrated and meaningful ways and expand their ability to leverage collective and individual capacities within teams, without which success can not be fully achieved.

With a deep expertise in team facilitation and team dynamics, I am known for my ability to create and facilitate meaningful group experiences that align leaders, teams, functions and strategies to build new and more strategic organizational capabilities.
