I didn’t set out to be an executive coach, change manager or management consultant and in fact I may have guffawed had anyone suggested it to me in my younger years. I had only one thing on my mind … I was going to be a fighter pilot.I had graduated from the cadet program as a Chief Warrant Officer, glider and private pilot.I had been accepted into Military College with full scholarship.

Life is full of setbacks. It was not my first, nor my last, but it would be one of the most impactful of my life. In the spring before leaving for military college, I was hospitalized with a condition that ended my fighter pilot dream. I had prepared for this for 7 years – eternity for a young man, only to be taken away in a blink. I believe this formed much of who I am today, and perhaps my vocation.

I became an Engineer; I loved solving problems and still do today. It is my passion.As my career evolved, I become more interested in solving different types of problems, technical, strategic, organizational and the ones that just keep us up at night.

I’ve worked with clients in the private/public sectors across 5 continents, in Gov't, Fortune 500’s, Hi Tech startups and SMEs, small not for profits to international charities. I have held leadership positions including C-Suite in management, operations, business development and engineering with all types of organizations.

Now I focus on my passion, helping successful leaders, and high potential professionals increase their success/happiness by helping them achieve positive changes in behaviours: for themselves, their people and teams. This may come through executive coaching, management consulting, change management or an innovation partner.
