Meryl Frank Harari, founder of Next Level Leadership Coaching is an executive coach with more than 30 years of experience in a variety of corporate settings where she has managed teams, functions and businesses of varying size and complexity. Her background includes executive level positions with businesses in energy, insurance broking, transportation, healthcare, pharmaceutical distribution and physician services. She was most recently a Vice President of Human Resources for a $20B Fortune 24 biotech services company that was comprised of 10 operating divisions and multiple lines of business. She served as a key member of the corporate leadership team as the organization quadrupled in revenue growth and employee population during her eight-year tenure.
