ALCN, formerly Academy of Coaching & NLP (ACN) is the culmination of more than a decade’s development of our programs and teaching models, and the building of an international network. Our NLP Coach Program was originally grown out of the NLP Institute of California and has been providing coach training in the U.S and internationally for over 14 years.

What is NLP? Neuro Linguistic Programming is a set of powerful multi-dimensional processes that involve the development of behavioral competence, flexibility, and strategic thinking. A cutting-edge communications modality, NLP is used widely to enhance professional development and personal performance.

Academy of Leadership Coaching & NLP's faculty serves personal, professional and corporate clients through our ICF Internationally Approved NLP Coach Training Program (ACTP), Leadership Development Programs and Leadership Coaching. We also provide customized internal corporate coach trainings, executive and leadership retreats.
