Coaching is confidential, creates clarity, clears obstacles and boosts confidence. Donna Berry, certified by the International Coach Federation, provides individual partnership to make you unstoppable. Standard rate is $60 per hour. Sessions are usually 30-45 minutes on zoom or on the phone. The first session is always free so that we can decide together whether we are a fit for this work together. Donna is also certified by the United Methodist Church in Spiritual Formation, the process of the growth of faith in God. However, coaching can be about anything you want to be, do or have. Coaches help their clients improve lives, relationships, and business performance. Coaching is conversation that is thought provoking and clarifying. The coach listens deeply as you speak then confirms what they are hearing and asks questions that move you forward. The expert in coaching is the client themselves. You know your life and your dreams and your goals. The client is determining what is talked about and what is the problem to solve.
