I began my executive coaching career in 2007 with a strong belief in the power of choice to transform lives, and consequently, the world. Whether we recognize it or not, we all make choices about how we see, value and interact with others. I work with leaders who strive for continuous improvement and are ready to own their choices and take the next steps in their high performance journey.

Recent coachees have improved in practical skills like team development, expanding influence, delegation, coaching others, dealing with conflict and running effective meetings.
