Retired vocational rehabilitation counselor provides help with coaching related to living with disabilities. If you need help with lifestyle changes, life skills development and organizing for people with special needs, please give me a call. I can assist you with creating new habits to replace ones that are not working. I also offer home management, career exploration, intentional living and other services to help make life in general better. I have been a foster parent, and have set up routines for children (and adults) who get destracted and can't seem to stay focused.
