I have spent many years as a coach, counselor, speaker, pastor and pastor's wife, working with women from all walks of life and all around the globe. I have found that there are an awful lot of very unhappy folks out there, going through the empty motions of everyday life rather than living freely, joyfully and purposefully. That does NOT have to be you! There IS more to life and YOU can live it!

I was in your shoes before, feeling just what you're feeling. As a pastor's wife, busy mom of three children, two with special needs, caregiver to my mom, I was absolutely exhausted and drowning in the responsibilities of life. I was determined to take myself less seriously and laugh again and made the necessary changes to make that happen. And you can, too!
