Anders is a coach, consultant, and facilitator with 20 years of experience in healthcare and early childhood education. Over the past 10 years, he has increasingly focused on stress, burnout and vicarious trauma in the workplace and how it impacts professionals in helping and caring roles. He works with executives, leaders and professionals on a variety of topics, where clients often find value in addressing well-being or burnout as a foundation to performance and development.
Anders has held practitioner, trainer and leadership roles in organizational change functions including Operational Excellence, Quality Improvement and Change Management. He has coached leaders since 2014, across a range of organizations and settings.
